3-Year Limited Warranty

Every Safe Bike Battery pack is covered by a 36-month factory-backed limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What is covered

• Defects in materials and workmanship.
• Capacity retention below the warranted threshold during the warranty period.
• The included smart charger, against defects in materials and workmanship.

Covered packs are repaired or replaced at our discretion. Every pack carries cell-level QR traceability, so a claim starts with a scan, not an argument.

What is not covered

• Physical damage from impact, crash, or dropping.
• Water damage beyond the pack's rated protection.
• Opening the pack, splicing, rewiring, or any modification.
• Charging with a charger other than the one supplied or approved by us.
• Normal wear consistent with age and charge cycles inside the warranted threshold.

How to claim

Bring the battery to the dealer who installed or sold it, or email hello@safebikebattery.com with the QR serial on the pack. Warranty service is handled in North America. No cross-border shipping is required from you.

Reservation deposits

Dealer reservation deposits are refundable in full if we do not ship the first container. Full deposit and payment terms are stated in the dealer pack and your invoice.
