Fair question to ask any battery site. Safe Bike Battery is the rider program from Zen Energy and A1 Batteries, led by Dr. Ravi Kempaiah. The UL 2271 certification is held by Zen Electric Bikes Inc. in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. And we take no payment before your model is verified, so checking costs you nothing.

Why do you want photos of my bike?
Rad changed cradles and connectors across years. Photos confirm the exact hardware on your bike, so fit is verified before any money moves.
Who installs it?
It is a bolt-on cradle swap with the included adapter, about 15 minutes at a bench. Your local bike shop can do it, and we supply shops directly.
